My Vision and Values:
It's my promise to be open and honest about what you're getting when you work with me. When you choose to work with me you get my promise to be completely committed to you, and help you find the best support and solutions even if that's not with me. But just so you know, here are some of the things that are the foundation of who I am and what I do, and are things I consider when I accept new clients:
Respect others. Even if you can't love them you can still treat them as human beings.
Everyone has value. No one is worthless or without the ability to contribute to the world.
Success is possible. Sometimes it takes years and trying different things, but it's possible.
Effort is important. Sometimes the effort you give can be the deciding factor.
Consistency is crucial. Few things are "one-and-done," most take consistent effort over a period of days/weeks/years.
Ethics matter. Do it right, don't cut corners that shouldn't be cut.
It's good to be different. Discover, accept and celebrate what makes you different, unique and special.
Think win-win-win. Don't just win for yourself, help everyone win.
I ask that you're always open to the perspective I bring, that you respect your employees and family members and those you come into contact with, that you're willing to do what it may take to get the results you're seeking, and that you accept your responsibility to be open to wherever our journey will take us.

Working with Me FAQ's
What do you offer?
I offer advice, guidance, help and support. In some situations I will be right there getting my hands dirty with you, but in others I only offer advice.
Do you offer any discounts?
Generally speaking, no. I offer a variety of service levels and try to keep my prices at a level that's reasonable for everyone, but is enough for me to live on too. I do offer discounts to veterans for all of my services and for pastors (pastors, priests, bishops, ministers etc.) with a free subscription to my weekly devotional. Other than that if I offer a discount, which is rare, it will be shared on social media and/or through my newsletters.
What do I need to provide to prove I'm a pastor or veteran?
Active duty service men/women or veterans can provide a DD Form 214, state (veterans) ID card, or US driver's license with veteran designation. Pastors can provide their church website address if it includes personnel information, personal church email address, and driver's license; commendatory letter; celebret or degree from recognized religious educational institution.
What can I expect when working with you?
I will always be looking out for your best interests, and when relevant those of your family, partner, employees, team, customers and/or parishioners. That means that I'm not going to just tell you what you want to hear or agree with you all the time. You will get my honest opinion during our time together, which may not be what you want to hear. All that we talk about is confidential unless I feel that you present a danger to yourself or others, in which case I will alert the relevant authorities.
Let's talk about communication:
Depending on how we choose to work together will depend on how we communicate. We can work together in person, on the phone/skype, live chat, and/or email.
Does your business/you support any non-profits?
Yes, throughout the year I donate to a variety of faith, cultural, health and service organizations including Service Dog Project and Intervarsity and Mission Aviation Fellowship.
