Hi, I'm Laura. I'm a friend, partner, coach, believer, sister, daughter, reader, artist, and nature-lover. I've lived in New Jersey my whole life but have traveled around the USA and been to El Salvador. I love dogs, summer and late night walks. I'm always working on my somewhat green thumb and make time for naps! I'm a big believer in the simple things of life and taking things one day at a time.
My strengths include organization, commitment to learning, seeing things from other perspectives, creativity, a positive attitude, patience, planning and strategizing. I'm a believer in both making your own path and making the path you're on work for you, which usually means doing things a little bit different. I've worked with individuals and families from all walks of life as well as over 9,000 businesses in just about every industry.
I'm passionate about finding healthy and sustainable options, rebuilding relationships, bringing communities together, living life with purpose, and discovering all the amazing things and people that are part of this world.
Why do I offer such a diverse range of services? Because I believe that no one is just one thing. I'm not just a business owner, I'm a dog lover, book reader, significant other, daughter, sister, nature lover, woman and business owner. You're not just one thing either and you don't carry just one "label." Each and every part is connected and part of you, and I believe it's important to pay attention to all aspects of ourselves, just focusing exclusively long term on one aspect can be detrimental to the other parts of you.
