Over the past 15 years I've worked with all levels of church management including senior pastors, youth pastors, children's pastors and office/support staff. I've written curriculum for successful and thriving youth and children's ministries. I've been with churches that are just making it by, churches still trying to make it work, and I've seen what it takes to be successful. I've advised churches around the United States on their growth and marketing, and navigating their way through the changed world of 2023 in relevant and contemporary ways that help them share God's message with the world.
